We are now offering lifestyle portrait sessions at the AMAZING Mackenzie studios just off Symonds Street in Auckland. This is perfectly setup for lifestyle shoots. It has all of the styling and layouts you could possibly need for your web and social media images, and we will bring lights and make up and make you look and feel amazing!

I have been shooting portraits for years and in that time, I have done a bunch a really creative as well as stylish and classic images. This package is for anyone looking for high quality images with a selection of looks in a short amount of time for their website and social media. We need these images to look great but also to stay fresh and new. Making that happen is often one of those jobs that keeps getting bumped. This takes all of the prep and effort out of the equation. You show up, get your images in a morning or afternoon and you are done for at least three months, probably six.

Here’s how it works

• We have groups of no more than 4 people who want to be photographed.

• The first hour is for makeup on person # 1 and we will setup and discuss what we are doing with everyone.

• Hour 2 is the first hour of photography with person #1 whilst person #2 is in makeup. Person #3 may be asked to fill in as an extra while waiting. Let’s imagine that person #1 wants an image where they simulate being in a business meeting for their business website or for social media. Then we will fill in for each other to make this image. Usually, that’s just the back of you and they are front and centre. Don’t worry they will be there for yours when it’s your turn.

• We then rinse and repeat until everyone has their images.

• Each session will be up to 5 hours.

• An amazing venue with staging and space to shoot a good variety of styles

• All of the planning done for you - turn up and go

• A great makeup artist, Sinead from https://www.thehouseofmakeup.co.nz/ does nearly all of my shoots and weddings, she is wonderful.

• A great photographer - see my work here

• At least 10 fully edited images. You can always pay to get more edited

Other FAQ’s

• I’m new to this and don’t know how to pose, can you help with this?

• Don’t worry not only do I have years of helping models pose, but I will also send you a bunch of YouTube videos to watch before your session

• Where do I get changed?

• There is a separate area to get changed in as well as a toilet and a kitchen. It’s a large space with a bunch of areas. Check out the walk-through video here

• Where can I park?

• There is plenty of paid parling areas really close to the venue

• Can I bring someone with me?

• We have a limit on the number of people allowed in the studio but usually it’s going to be fine, just talk to me. Please don’t bring children though as it can be very disruptive to the other participants.
